2010/11 Atlanta Hawks

Your Atlanta Hawks will try and improve on their second place finish in the Southeast Division (53-29 record) and make it past the second round of the playoffs. New head coach Larry Drew replaces Mike Woodson who was released after the 2009/10 NBA Playoffs.

Free agent signings include Joe Johnson (formerly of the Atlanta Hawks), Josh Powell (formerly of the LA Lakers) and Etan Thomas (formerly of the Thunder). In the draft, the team selected Damion Jones (24th overall selection) but traded him to the New Jersey Nets. Their second round selection was French SF Pape Sy (53rd overall selection).
